The Homes

The kitchens have newly fitted units with a modern range of units and worktop surfaces.

Spaces are provided for your electric oven, fridge and washing machine. If you have a condensing tumble dryer this can be accommodated as an optional extra.

The homes include a generous living room area some with patio doors and spacious bedrooms. 

The bathroom has a white suite including basin, low level w/c and bath. 

Each block has its own lift for easy access to all floors.

 

Heathfield Park

Heath Town is part of Heathfield Park and is close to both Wolverhampton city centre and Wednesfield village. 

The homes are surrounded by landscaped areas with mature trees and lawns plus a nearby play area.

There are plenty of local shops including Asda and Farm Foods, with Bentley Bridge shopping and entertainment centre a 15 minute stroll away. 

Wolverhampton swimming and fitness centre is a ten minute walk away and Heath Town has its own ball court and play areas.

There are excellent transport links with Wolverhampton railway station, bus station and Metro links a short walk away. Junction 10 of the M6 is a five minute drive. Buses run to the city centre and to New Cross hospital, Bentley Bridge shopping centre and then to Cannock or Walsall.

Rent and Charges

There’s no deposit and no hidden fees - just rent paid in advance.

The rent for these homes is:

  • 3 bedrooms: £107 per week (£446 per month
  • 2 bedrooms: £97 per week (£404 per month)
  • 1 bedroom: £86 per week (£358 per month) 

This figure includes a service charge and heating charge.

To be considered for these homes, you must be registered with Homes in the City, where the homes will be advertised each week.

References will be checked and successful applicants will be asked to come to a pre-tenancy workshop before being offered a tenancy.
