Did you bid on a property with a letting restriction? Some homes are advertised with "letting preferences" or "restrictions" (a particular band or a local connection) and some may have an age restriction or have adaptations in the property. These properties may have been let to someone in a lower band than you, as you didn't meet the letting preferences.
To check if there were any lettings restrictions, have a look at the last four weeks of properties advertised.
1. Logon
Login with your email address and password and click on the 'Bid for a Home' tile.
2. View previous bids
From the actions menu, click on "Current Expression of Interest". To view your previous bids click on the "view other expressions of interest" button at the bottom of this screen.
3. Select Previous Property lists
You will see the weekly homes for letting for the last 12 weeks.
Choose the week that you want to check and press “display properties”. You can now see all the homes advertised for lettings for that week.
Press “display property details” for the home you placed a bid on.

Once you find the property that you would like some further information on what happened with the property select 'Show details'

You are seeing this information in real time and therefore it can change up until the property is let.
Please note: We can't provide feedback on the allocations of housing association or TMO properties as our systems are not linked. If you are being considered for one of these properties it’s highly likely they will contact you direct within a week of the advert closing. If you require any information on how they are progressing with their allocation please contact the organisation directly.
