Once you've uploaded your certificate, we assess your application as soon as possible. It may take longer to assess if you haven't provided all the necessary information. We will contact you to let you know when you can bid.

Why has my application been closed?

It could be closed because you haven't re-registered, or you haven't supplied some of the necessary documents or you have not completed the online are you ready course.

What is my banding?

Once your application has been assessed we will contact you to tell you your banding.

Why am in that band, can you reassess my application?

We will reassess your application if your circumstances have changed. You can check how the banding works to see if you are in the right band.
