If you are currently registered with Homes in the City and would like to tell us about a change to your housing circumstances you do not need to complete a new application. We would be happy to change your circumstances if you contact us on 01902 556789.

If you are homeless now or may be at risk of being homeless in the next 28 days, please contact the Homeless Services Unit on 01902 554747. You do not need to fill in this form.

The Home in the City application form can be used by anyone over the age of 16 who wishes to apply for housing but please note that 16/17 year olds are usually only housed in exceptional circumstances.

On the next page you will find some brief notes about the application form including details of the type of information you will need to complete it.
